Scope

This policy covers the shopappslab.com website only — the pages you are reading now, including the blog. It does not cover our Shopify apps: each app has its own privacy policy describing exactly what that app collects, because they are not the same.

What This Website Collects

This is a static website. It has no account system and no comment system. It runs analytics (below) but sets no advertising cookies — we have no ads to serve.

• Server logs: our hosting provider records standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.
• Fonts: the typefaces on this site are served from our own servers — your browser makes no request to Google Fonts or any other third-party font service.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to count page views and see which pages lead visitors to the Shopify App Store. It sets a cookie in your browser. We have disabled all advertising features — this data is never used for ads or shared with advertisers.
• Email: if you contact us, we receive whatever you choose to send and use it only to reply to you.
• Launch notifications: if you sign up to be told when an upcoming app launches, we store the email address you enter (processed by our form provider) and use it to send you one email about that launch. We do not add you to a newsletter or share the address. To be removed before then, email us.

Outbound Links

Links to the Shopify App Store carry campaign parameters (UTM tags) so we know which page a visitor came from. That measurement happens on Shopify's side under Shopify's privacy policy — we do not track you across sites.

Changes to This Policy

If we add anything to this website that collects more than what's listed above, we will update this page first and change the "Last updated" date.
